Att. Havva Balaban

Ms. Balaban graduated from Istanbul Bilgi University in 2007 and obtained a masters degree from East London University, United Kingdom in International Law and World Economy. She wroteher dissertation on the “Impact of Economic Crisis on the Turkish Banking and Finance Law”. Before founding D&B she worked as a lawyer in leading law firms of Turkey and consulted local and foreign clients in many areas of law. She has extensive expertise in commercial and company Law, especially in merger and acquisitions and foreign direct investments.
